Happy 50th Anniversary!!!

Monday, June 29th, 2009

In 1958, a fiesty Marine, fresh out of the Corps, met a quiet bank
secretary. They fell in love and married a year later on June 27,

The couple went on to have four wonderful children. In 1970,
they left the harsh winters of New York state behind, moved to
Florida and opened Frank’s Texaco, which later became Frank’s
Citgo. Frank and Brenda decided to retire in 2004.

The couple celebrated their 50th anniversary with a 6,000 mile
sightseeing road trip out west.

When they are not going on cruises, they enjoy spending time
at the lake and with their nine grandchildren and one greatgrandson.

Happy 50th Anniversary Mom and Dad!
We love you,
Mike, Mark, Kelly and Tom

Only 7 days to go…

We are off to Nashville next weekend for the 4th of July! We are staying downtown at the seemingly lovely hotel, The Hermitage. So far, we have plans to go to the Nashville Zoo, and visit the Opryland hotel. We’re also thinking of watching fireworks from Riverfront Park on the Cumberland River and we are definitely going to catch some live music at one of the local bars. If anyone has suggestions for things we can do there just let us know! This is the first time we both have ever stayed in Nashville…

PS – I used to hate country music but now I think it is tolerable. 🙂
